Commencement2.
The following provisions of the Welsh Language (Wales) Measure 2011 come into force on 1 June 2012—
(a)
sections 4 and 11;
(b)
section 144(1) in so far as it relates to those functions conferred upon the Commissioner by section 3 of the Welsh Language Act 19932; and
(c)
section 144(3)(a) for the purpose of repealing subsections (2)(a), (3) and (4) of section 3 of that Act.
