Coming into force
The Welsh Ministers, as the appropriate licensing authority under section 113(4)(b) of the Marine and Coastal Access Act 20091, make the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 93, 95 and 316(1)(b) of, and paragraphs 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 9(1) and 11(1) and (4) of Schedule 7 to, that Act.
The Welsh Ministers have carried out a consultation in accordance with paragraph 8 of Schedule 7 to that Act.
In accordance with section 316(6)(b) and (7)(d) of that Act, a draft of this Order has been laid before, and approved by a resolution of, the National Assembly for Wales.
