Mae'r Rheoliadau hyn yn darparu ar gyfer cymorth ariannol i fyfyrwyr cymwys sy'n preswylio fel arfer yng Nghymru ac sy'n ymgymryd â chyrsiau ôl-raddedig yng Nghanolfan Bologna ac yng Ngholeg Ewrop. Mae'r Rheoliadau'n gymwys o ran blynyddoedd academaidd sy'n dechrau ar 1 Medi 2011 neu wedyn.
Mae grant at ffioedd ar gael ar gyfer un myfyriwr cymwys mewn unrhyw un flwyddyn academaidd yng Nghanolfan Bologna. Mae grant at ffioedd, grantiau at gostau byw a chostau eraill, lwfans myfyrwyr anabl a grant ar gyfer dibynyddion ar gael ar gyfer un myfyriwr cymwys mewn unrhyw un flwyddyn academaidd yng Ngholeg Ewrop. Un flwyddyn academaidd yw cyfnod pob grant, ni waeth beth fo hyd y cwrs.
I fod â'r hawl i gael cymorth ariannol, rhaid i geisydd fod yn fyfyriwr cymwys. Mae ceisydd yn fyfyriwr cymwys os yw'r person hwnnw'n dod o fewn un o'r categorïau sydd wedi'u rhestru yn Rhan 2 o Atodlen 1 a hefyd yn bodloni'r meini prawf cymhwystra.
Mae'r Rheoliadau hyn yn nodi'r meini prawf cymhwystra, y weithdrefn ymgeisio ac (yn achos myfyrwyr Coleg Ewrop) dull cyfrifo'r symiau sy'n daladwy a'r trefniadau ar gyfer talu'r grantiau. Mae'r Rheoliadau hefyd yn darparu ar gyfer adennill unrhyw ordaliadau.
