Article 3 provides for revocation of the Tuberculosis (Deer) Order 1989 and the Tuberculosis (Deer) Notice of Intended Slaughter and Compensation Order 1989 in relation to Wales. Article 3 also amends the Tuberculosis (Wales) Order 2010. Article 4 provides for savings and transition.</p></blockContainer><blockContainer ukl:Name="P"><p>Part 2 makes provision for testing and movement of non-bovine animals. Article 5 introduces a requirement that certain non-bovine animals must be identified. Article 6 makes provision with respect to the notification of disease. Articles 7 and 8 make provision in relation to veterinary inspectors. Articles 9 and 10 make provision with respect to the testing of non-bovine animals. Articles 11 to 19 make provision in respect of controls for the purpose of preventing the spread of disease.</p></blockContainer><blockContainer ukl:Name="P"><p>Part 3 makes provision in respect of compensation for non-bovine animals slaughtered for tuberculosis. Article 20 provides for the calculation of the amount of compensation.
