The following Orders are revoked insofar as they apply in relation to Wales—

(a)

the Tuberculosis (Deer) Order 1989

the Tuberculosis (Deer) Notice of Intended Slaughter and Compensation Order 1989

(a)

in article 12(1) (tuberculosis testing) for “by” substitute “before”; and
