Hysbysu'r bwriad i gigydda anifeiliaid nad ydynt yn anifeiliaid buchol
13.—(1) Pan fo Gweinidogion Cymru yn bwriadu peri i anifail nad yw'n anifail buchol gael ei gigydda o dan adran 32 o'r Ddeddf fel y'i cymhwysir i dwbercwlosis, rhaid i arolygydd gyflwyno hysbysiad i geidwad yr anifail nad yw'n anifail buchol, i roi gwybod iddo am y bwriad i gigydda, ac i wneud yn ofynnol bod y ceidwad yn cadw'r anifail nad yw'n anifail buchol, hyd nes y cigydda hwnnw, neu hyd nes y caiff ei symud ar gyfer y cigydda hwnnw, ar y cyfryw ran o'r fangre a bennir yn yr hysbysiad, ac i'w ynysu i'r graddau a bennir yn yr hysbysiad.
(2) Pan fo hysbysiad wedi ei gyflwyno o dan baragraff (1), ni chaiff unrhyw berson symud yr anifail nad yw'n anifail buchol ac eithrio i'w gigydda, ac eithrio dan awdurdod trwydded a ddyroddir gan arolygydd.
