records</heading><num>10.</num><paragraph eId="article-10-1"><num>(1)</num><content><p>Where a relevant test has been applied to a non-bovine animal, the Welsh Ministers must, as soon as practicable after the results of the test have been read by an inspector <ins class="first last" ukl:ChangeId="key-6296944cc9b09ad17073c5c45bbd679b-1786125453650" ukl:CommentaryRef="key-6296944cc9b09ad17073c5c45bbd679b"><noteRef uk:name="commentary" href="#key-6296944cc9b09ad17073c5c45bbd679b" class="commentary"/>or an approved veterinary surgeon</ins>, give the keeper of that non-bovine animal a written record of the results.</p></content></paragraph><paragraph eId="article-10-2"><num>(2)</num><content><p>Paragraph (1) does not apply to non-bovine animals in respect of which movement is, or remains, prohibited under this Order following the test.</p></content></paragraph><paragraph eId="article-10-3"><num>(3)</num><intro><p>The keeper must—</p></intro><level class="para1" eId="article-10-3-a"><num>(a)</num><content><p>retain the record of the results of the test for a period of 3 years and 60 days beginning with the day following the date of injection of tuberculin; and</p></content></level><level class="para1" eId="article-10-3-b"><num>(b)</num><content><p>produce such record when requested to do so by an
