9.  The part of the community of Eglwyswrw shown hatched on Map F—

(a) is transferred to the community of Puncheston;

(b) forms part of the Henry 213 s Moat ward of the community of Puncheston; and

(c) forms part of the electoral division of Dinas Cross.
