Markers for European marine sites E+W

25.—(1) Article 4 applies to—

(a) a deposit by [F1 the Natural Resources Body for Wales] for the purpose of installing a marker for the purposes of [F2 regulation 37(1) of the Conservation of Habitats and Species Regulations 2017] (installation of markers indicating the existence and extent of a European marine site within the meaning of those Regulations(1));

(b) a removal activity carried on by [F1 the Natural Resources Body for Wales] for the purpose of removing a marker referred to in sub-paragraph (a).

(2) Paragraph (1) is subject to the condition that the activity may only be carried on in accordance with an approval granted by the licensing authority for that purpose.
