The title of these Regulations is the Landfill Allowances Scheme (Wales) (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations 2011.

These Regulations come into force on 16 January 2012 and apply in relation to Wales.

In these Regulations “the 2004 Regulations” (“Rheoliadau 2004”) means the Landfill Allowances Scheme (Wales) Regulations 20043.
