Cyflwyno strategaeth ddrafft i Weinidogion Cymru
8.—(1) Mae'r rheoliad hwn yn ddarostyngedig i reoliad 10.
(2) Rhaid i awdurdod dynodedig gyflwyno ei strategaeth gyntaf ar ffurff ddrafft i Weinidogion Cymru erbyn 31 Hydref 2012.
(3) Rhaid cyflwyno strategaethau i'w cymeradwyo gan Weinidogion Cymru ar ffurf electronig ac ar ffurf bapur.
(4) Os nad yw Gweinidogion Cymru yn cymeradwyo strategaeth, rhaid i'r awdurdod dynodedig gydymffurfio ag unrhyw un neu ragor o gyfarwyddiadau Gweinidogion Cymru ynghylch cynnwys y strategaeth a'r amser erbyn pryd y mae'n rhaid ei hailgyflwyno.
