Cynnwys strategaethau
5.—(1) Rhaid i Fwrdd Iechyd Lleol a'i awdurdodau partner, pan fyddant yn paratoi un strategaeth ar y cyd, gynnwys darpariaeth ynghylch y canlynol —
(a)sut y byddant yn defnyddio ymarferwyr meddygol cyffredinol wrth roi'r strategaeth ar waith;
(b)hyfforddi staff ;
(c)ym mha fodd y trefnir y bydd gwybodaeth ar gyfer gofalwyr ar gael ac ym mha ieithoedd y gwneir hynny.
(2) Nid yw'r rheoliad hwn yn gymwys mewn perthynas ag Ymddiriedolaeth Gwasanaeth Iechyd Gwladol Gwasanaethau Ambiwlans Cymru.
(3) Yn y rheoliad hwn, ystyr “ymarferydd meddygol cyffredinol” (“general medical practitioner”) yw—
(a)person y mae Bwrdd Iechyd Lleol wedi ymrwymo mewn contract gwasanaethau meddygol cyffredinol ag ef a hynny o dan adran 42 o Ddeddf y Gwasanaeth Iechyd Gwladol (Cymru) 2006; neu
(b)ymarferydd meddygol cofrestredig(1) a gyflogir gan Fwrdd Iechyd Lleol at ddibenion adran 41 o'r Ddeddf honno; neu
(c)person y mae Bwrdd Iechyd Lleol wedi gwneud trefniadau ag ef o dan adran 50 o'r Ddeddf honno.

Mae'r term “registered medical practitioner” wedi ei ddiffinio yn Atodlen 1 i Ddeddf Dehongli 1978.
