The Commission’s report of February 2010 recommended changes to the existing boundaries of communities within the area of the City and County of Swansea and consequential changes to electoral arrangements. The Commission’s report dated September 2011 proposed that the boundary between the communities of Birchgrove and Clydach remain unchanged. This Order gives effect to the Commission’s recommendations in its 2010 report, except for the recommendation for the change to the boundary between the communities of Birchgrove and Clydach, and it gives effect to the recommendation in the 2011 report without modification.</dc:description><ukm:SecondaryMetadata><ukm:DocumentClassification><ukm:DocumentCategory Value="secondary"/><ukm:DocumentMainType Value="WelshStatutoryInstrument"/><ukm:DocumentStatus Value="final"/><ukm:DocumentMinorType Value="order"/></ukm:DocumentClassification><ukm:Year Value="2011"/><ukm:Number Value="2932"/><ukm:AlternativeNumber Category="W" Value="314"/><ukm:Made Date="2011-12-06"/><ukm:ISBN Value="9780348104721"/></ukm:SecondaryMetadata><ukm:Alternatives><ukm:Alternative URI="http://www.legislation.gov.uk/wsi/2011/2932/pdfs/wsi_20112932_mi.pdf" Date="2011-12-23" Size="7651709" Language="Mixed"/></ukm:Alternatives><ukm:Statistics><ukm:TotalParagraphs Value="24"/><ukm:BodyParagraphs Value="24"/><ukm:ScheduleParagraphs Value="0"/><ukm:AttachmentParagraphs Value="0"/><ukm:TotalImages Value="22"/></ukm:Statistics></proprietary></meta><body><article eId="article-4" uk:target="true"><heading>Morriston, Mynyddbach and Llangyfelach — change in community areas and consequential change to electoral divisions</heading><num>4.</num><intro><p>The part of the community of Mynyddbach shown hatched on Map B and the part of the community of Morriston shown hatched on Map K—</p></intro><level class="para1" eId="article-4-a"><num>(a)</num><content><p>are transferred to the community of Llangyfelach; and</p></content></level><level class="para1" eId="article-4-b"><num>(b)</num><content><p>form part of the electoral division of Llangyfelach.</p></content></level></article></body></act></akomaNtoso>
