Provisions coming into force on 1 April 20122.
Subject to articles 3 and 4, the provisions of the Measure insofar as they are not already in force come into force as follows—
(1)
sections 4(3) and 5(4) on 28 November 2011;
(2)
the remaining sections on 1 April 2012.
