The title of this Order is the Red Meat Industry (Wales) Measure 2010 (Commencement, Transitional and Saving Povisions) Order 2011.

This Order applies in relation to Wales.

In this Order—
(a)
"the Measure" ("y Mesur") means the Red Meat Industry (Wales) Measure 2010;
(b)
"the Levy Order" ("y Gorchymyn Ardollau") means the Welsh Levy Board Order 20082;
(c)
"2011/2012 financial year" ("blwyddyn ariannol 2011/2012") means 1 April 2011 to 31 March 2012 inclusive.
