1.—(1) The title of these Regulations is the Private Dentistry (Wales) (Amendment) Regulations 2011 and they come into force on 1 January 2012.
(2) These Regulations apply in relation to Wales.
(3) In these Regulations “the 2008 Regulations” (“Rheoliadau 2008”) means the Private Dentistry (Wales) Regulations 2008(1).
