Parhad trwydded, gwneud cais am drwydded a thelerau trwydded

8.—(1) Rhaid i berson sy'n pysgota am bysgod cregyn penodedig, neu sy'n cymryd pysgod cregyn penodedig, o fewn yr ardal benodedig, gyflwyno manylion o'i ddaliadau i Weinidogion Cymru ar, neu cyn, y pumed diwrnod o'r mis calendr sy'n dilyn y mis y bu'n pysgota am y pysgod cregyn hynny neu'n eu cymryd.

(2) Rhaid i fanylion daliadau, at ddibenion paragraff (1), gofnodi—

(a)dyddiad pob daliad o bysgod cregyn penodedig;

(b)cyfanswm pwysau byw yr holl gocos a gymerwyd ar y dyddiad hwnnw;

(c)cyfanswm pwysau byw yr holl gregyn gleision a gymerwyd ar y dyddiad hwnnw;

(ch)y lleoliad y cymerwyd y pysgod cregyn penodedig ohono; a

(d)pa bynnag wybodaeth bellach a fynnir gan Weinidogion Cymru ac yr hysbysir y deiliad trwydded ohoni o bryd i'w gilydd.
