Parhad trwydded, gwneud cais am drwydded a thelerau trwydded
6.—(1) Caiff Gweinidogion Cymru ddyroddi trwydded—
(a)i unrhyw berson a oedd yn ddeiliad trwydded i bysgota am y pysgod cregyn penodedig neu i gymryd y pysgod cregyn penodedig yn yr ardal benodedig yn ystod y cyfnod o 1 Medi yn y flwyddyn flaenorol hyd at 31 Awst yn y flwyddyn y bydd y drwydded y gwneir cais amdani yn cychwyn; a
(b)i ddeugain ceisydd sy'n ddeiliaid Tystysgrif Hyfforddiant Diogelwch Casglwyr Blaendraeth gyfredol.
(2) Bydd ceisiadau am y trwyddedau y caiff Gweinidogion Cymru eu dyroddi yn unol ag is-baragraff (1)(b) yn cael eu hystyried yn y drefn gronolegol y deuant i law, a dyroddir y deugain trwydded hynny i'r deugain cyntaf o geiswyr pan fo'u cymhwystra i'w cael yn unol â'r is-baragraff hwnnw wedi ei gadarnhau.
