Cyfyngiadau ar bysgota

3.—(1) Yn ddarostyngedig i baragraff (2), ni chaiff neb bysgota am bysgod cregyn penodedig na chymryd pysgod cregyn penodedig o fewn yr ardal benodedig, oni wnânt hynny'n unol ag amodau trwydded.

(2) Nid yw paragraff (1) yn gymwys i unrhyw berson—

(a)sy'n cymryd â llaw ddim mwy na phum cilogram mewn pwysau byw o gocos a phum cilogram mewn pwysau byw o gregyn gleision, ar unrhyw un diwrnod at ei ddefnydd personol;

(b)sy'n cymryd y pysgod cregyn penodedig tra bo ar fwrdd cwch pysgota Prydeinig; neu

(c)sy'n cymryd y pysgod cregyn penodedig yn unol â Gorchymyn a wnaed o dan adran 1 o Ddeddf Pysgodfeydd Môr (Pysgod Cregyn) 1967(1).

(3) Rhaid i unrhyw berson sy'n pysgota am y pysgod cregyn penodedig neu sy'n cymryd y pysgod cregyn penodedig o fewn yr ardal benodedig ddangos copi o'i drwydded os gofynnir iddo wneud hynny gan berson a awdurdodwyd gan Weinidogion Cymru.

(4) Rhaid i unrhyw berson y gofynnwyd iddo ddangos trwydded yn unol â pharagraff (3) beidio â physgota am y pysgod cregyn penodedig, na chymryd y pysgod cregyn penodedig o fewn yr ardal benodedig, hyd nes bo'r drwydded honno wedi ei dangos.
