Provision of information by the head teacher to the governing body E+W

4.  The head teacher of every maintained school must, each [F1 school] year, make available to the governing body information about the matters mentioned in [F2 Schedule 3] for the purpose of enabling the governing body to comply with their obligations in respect of those matters.
