Increase in rental threshold

2.—(1) Schedule 1 to the Housing Act 1988 (tenancies which cannot be assured tenancies) is amended in accordance with paragraph (2).

(2) In paragraph 2(1)(b) of Schedule 1(1) for “£25,000” substitute “£100,000”.
