Assembly Act provisions3.

The Assembly Act provisions2 come into force on the date specified in article 2.

The term “Assembly Act provisions” (“darpariaethau Deddfau'r Cynulliad”) is defined in section 103(8) of the Act and means sections 107, 108 and 110 to 115 of the Act.
