Title, application, commencement and interpretation 1 1 These Regulations are called the National Health Service (Charges to Overseas Visitors) (Amendment) (Wales) Regulations 2010 and come into force on 1 April 2010. 2 These Regulations apply in relation to Wales. 3 In these Regulations, “the principal Regulations” (“y prif Reoliadau”) means the National Health Service (Charges to Overseas Visitors) Regulations 1989.
