Savings Provision

3.  The Children and Young People’s Plan (Wales) Regulations 2007(1) continue to have effect notwithstanding the substitution of section 26(1A) to section 26(1D) of the Children Act 2004(2) for section 26(1) in accordance with section 4(3) of the Measure.
