Diwygio is-ddeddfau 24 a 25 Cyn Bwyllgor Pysgodfeydd Môr Gogledd-orllewin Lloegr a Gogledd Cymru
2.—(1) Yn is-ddeddf 24(1) Cyn Bwyllgor Pysgodfeydd Môr Gogledd-orllewin Lloegr a Gogledd Cymru(2) –
(a)ym mharagraff (b), yn lle “For the purposes of Section 37 (2) of the Salmon Act 1986, the” rhodder “The”; a
(b)ym mharagraff (c), yn lle “For the purposes of Section 37(1) of the Salmon Act 1986, any” rhodder “Any”.
(2) Yn is-ddeddf 25(3) Cyn Bwyllgor Pysgodfeydd Môr Gogledd-orllewin Lloegr a Gogledd Cymru—
(a)ym mharagraff (c), yn lle “For the purposes of section 37(1) of the Salmon Act 1986, no” rhodder “No”.

Mae is-ddeddf 24 Cyn Bwyllgor Pysgodfeydd Môr Gogledd-orllewin Lloegr a Gogledd Cymru bellach yn cael effaith megis petai wedi'i gwneud gan Weinidogion Cymru mewn Offeryn Statudol o ran yr un ardal o Gymru ag yr oedd yr is-ddeddf honno yn gymwys iddi yn rhinwedd Erthygl 13(3) ac Atodlen 4 i Orchymyn Deddf y Môr a Mynediad i'r Arfordir 2009 (Cychwyn Rhif 1, Darpariaethau Canlyniadol, Trosiannol a Darpariaethau Arbed) (Cymru a Lloegr) 2010 (O.S. 2010/630) (p.42).

Diddymwyd Pwyllgor Pysgodfeydd Môr Gogledd-orllewin Lloegr a Gogledd Cymru, o ran Cymru, ar 1 Ebrill 2010 pan ddaeth Erthygl 3 o Orchymyn Deddf y Môr a Mynediad i'r Arfordir 2009 (Cychwyn Rhif 1, Darpariaethau Canlyniadol, Trosiannol a Darpariaethau Arbed) (Cymru a Lloegr) 2010 (O.S. 2010/630 (p.42)) ag adran 187 o Ddeddf y Môr a Mynediad i'r Arfordir 2009 i rym, gyda'r effaith o ddiddymu Deddf Rheoleiddio Pysgodfeydd Môr 1966 (p.38).
