Anfon pecynnau at aelwydydd ac etholwyr drwy'r post
7.—(1) Yn ddarostyngedig i baragraff (2), rhaid i'r Awdurdod anfon pecyn aelwyd i bob aelwyd yn y gofrestr cyfeiriadau drwy'r post cyn diwrnod y cyfrifiad.
(2) Caiff yr Awdurdod ddewis peidio ag anfon pecyn aelwyd drwy'r post, gan baratoi yn hytrach i'r cydgysylltydd cyfrifiad perthnasol drefnu dosbarthu'r pecyn hwnnw yn unol â rheoliad 8.
(3) Caiff yr Awdurdod anfon pecyn unigol wedi'i dalu ymlaen llaw at unrhyw etholwr mewn cyfeiriad yn y gofrestr cyfeiriadau drwy'r post.
(4) Mewn perthynas â phob pecyn a anfonir yn unol â pharagraff (1) neu (3), rhaid i'r Awdurdod sicrhau bod cofnod yn cael ei wneud yn y system olrhain holiaduron i ddangos bod y pecyn aelwyd penodol neu'r pecyn unigol wedi'i dalu ymlaen llaw penodol wedi'i anfon ac i ba gyfeiriad y mae wedi'i anfon.
