Rhaniadau gweinyddol a phenodiadau
4.—(1) At ddibenion y cyfrifiad, rhaid i'r Awdurdod—
(a)rhannu Cymru'n ardaloedd cyfrifiad a phenodi rheolwr ardal i bob ardal gyfrifiad;
(b)rhannu pob ardal gyfrifiad yn ardaloedd cydgysylltwyr a phenodi cydgysylltydd cyfrifiad i bob ardal cydgysylltydd; ac
(c)rhannu pob ardal cydgysylltydd yn ddosbarthau cyfrifo a phenodi cynifer o swyddogion cyfrifiad y mae'n credu bod eu hangen er mwyn cynnal y cyfrifiad yn y dosbarthau hynny, yn unol â Deddf 1920 a'r Rheoliadau hyn.
(2) Caiff yr Awdurdod hefyd benodi cynifer o bersonau eraill y mae'n credu bod eu hangen i gynnal y cyfrifiad.
(3) Rhaid i'r personau a benodir o dan y rheoliad hwn gyflawni'r dyletswyddau a ddyrennir iddynt o dan Ddeddf 1920 a'r Rheoliadau hyn a rhaid iddynt gydymffurfio ag unrhyw gyfarwyddiadau a ddyroddir yn unol â'r Rheoliadau hyn.
