Cadw holiaduron a dogfennau'n ddiogel
15.—(1) Rhaid i unrhyw berson sydd, boed ar ei ran ei hun ynteu ar ran unrhyw berson arall, yn cadw holiaduron neu ddogfennau eraill (gan gynnwys dogfennau electronig) sy'n cynnwys gwybodaeth bersonol sy'n ymwneud â'r cyfrifiad gadw'r dogfennau hynny mewn modd sy'n atal unrhyw berson diawdurdod rhag eu cyrchu.
(2) Pan gyfarwyddir unrhyw benodai i wneud hynny gan yr Awdurdod, rhaid iddo anfon i'r Awdurdod yr holl gofnodion ym meddiant y penodai hwnnw (gan gynnwys unrhyw gofnod electronig) sy'n cynnwys gwybodaeth bersonol sy'n ymwneud â'r cyfrifiad.
(3) Rhaid i'r Awdurdod drefnu storio holiaduron, dyfeisiau storio electronig, neu ddogfennau eraill sy'n cynnwys gwybodaeth bersonol sy'n ymwneud â'r cyfrifiad yn ddiogel.
