Rhoi gwybodaeth
14.—(1) Rhaid i bob person y mae ffurflen i'w llenwi mewn perthynas ag ef o dan Orchymyn y Cyfrifiad roi i'r person rhagnodedig sy'n atebol am lenwi ffurflen unrhyw wybodaeth, gan gynnwys gwybodaeth bersonol, y mae'n rhesymol i'r person rhagnodedig ofyn amdani er mwyn cyflawni ei rwymedigaethau o dan y Rheoliadau hyn.
(2) Rhaid i bob person rhagnodedig roi i unrhyw benodai unrhyw wybodaeth, gan gynnwys gwybodaeth bersonol, y mae'n rhesymol i'r penodai ofyn amdani i gyflawni ei ddyletswyddau o dan y Rheoliadau hyn.
(3) Rhaid i berson y rhoddir gwybodaeth bersonol iddo yn unol â'r Rheoliadau hyn beidio â gwneud y canlynol heb awdurdod cyfreithlon—
(a)defnyddio'r wybodaeth honno; na
(b)ei chyhoeddi na'i mynegi i unrhyw berson arall.
