The Food Labelling (Nutrition Information) (Wales) (Amendment) Regulations 2010
In accordance with section 48(4A) of that Act, they have had regard to relevant advice given by the Food Standards Agency.
Title, application and commencement1.

The title of these Regulations is the Food Labelling (Nutrition Information) (Wales) (Amendment) Regulations 2010.

These Regulations apply in relation to Wales and come into force on 20 April 2010.

The 2009 Regulations are amended as follows.

In Schedule 2 (Table of entries to be substituted in Table B (minerals in respect of which claims may be made) in Schedule 6, Part II to the Food Labelling Regulations 1996), in Column 2, opposite “Potassium” in Column 1, for “200 mg” substitute “2000 mg”.
These Regulations come into force on 20 April 2010 and apply to Wales. They correct a typographical error in Schedule 2 to the Food Labelling (Nutrition Information) (Wales) Regulations 2009 (S.I. 2009/2705 (W.224)).
