Coming into force in accordance with regulation 1(2)
The Welsh Ministers, in exercise of the powers conferred on the Secretary of State by sections 150 and 152 of the Local Government and Housing Act 19891 and now vested in them2, and in accordance with section 152(6) having consulted such representatives of local government as appear to be appropriate, make the following Regulations:
In accordance with section 150(6) of that Act3, a draft of this instrument was laid before and approved by the National Assembly for Wales.
