Title and interpretation

1.—(1) The title of this Order is the Learning and Skills (Wales) Measure 2009 (Commencement No. 1 and Transitional Provision) Order 2009.

(2) In this Order—

• “the 2002 Act” (“Deddf 2002”) means the Education Act 2002(1);

• “the Measure” (“y Mesur”) means the Learning and Skills (Wales) Measure 2009.
