The Welsh Ministers in exercise of powers conferred by sections 21 and 203(10) of and paragraph 1 of Schedule 4 to the National Health Service (Wales) Act 20061 and with the consent of the Treasury in accordance with paragraph 1(7) of Schedule 4 to that Act, hereby make the following Order.

The title of this Order is the National Health Service Trusts (Originating Capital) (Wales) (Amendment) Order 2009 and it comes into force on 9 June 2009.

Amendment to the Originating Capital of NHS Trusts2

The National Health Service Trusts (Originating Capital) (Wales) Order 20092 is amended as follows;

For the Schedule to the National Health Service Trusts (Originating Capital) (Wales) Order 2009, substitute the Schedule to this Order.
