The Welsh Ministers in exercise of powers conferred by sections 21 and 203(10) of and paragraph 1 of Schedule 4 to the National Health Service (Wales) Act 20061 and with the consent of the Treasury in accordance with paragraph 1(7) of Schedule 4 to that Act, hereby make the following Order.
