The National Health Service Trusts (Dissolution) (Wales) Order 2009

Coming into force
The Welsh Ministers in exercise of powers conferred on them by sections 18 and 204(1) of and paragraph 28(1) of Schedule 3 to the National Health Service (Wales) Act 20061 and after completion of consultation prescribed under paragraph 28(3) of Schedule 3 to that Act2 make the following Order:

Title and Commencement1.

The Title of this Order is the National Health Service Trusts (Dissolution) (Wales) Order 2009 and it comes into force on 1 October 2009.

Dissolution of NHS Trusts2.

The National Health Service Trusts listed in column 1 of the Schedule are dissolved and the corresponding Orders listed in column 2 of the Schedule are revoked.
