Transitional arrangements
3. These Regulations do not apply to street works in Wales in respect of which an undertaker has given notice under section 54(1), 55(1) or 57 of the 1991 Act before the date on which they come into force(1).

Prior to these Regulations coming into force, the provisions of the Street Works (Registers, Notices, Directions and Designations (Wales) (No .2) Regulations 2008 (S.I. 2008/540) apply.
