Mae Gweinidogion Cymru drwy arfer y pwerau a roddwyd gan adran 21 o Ddeddf y Gwasanaeth Iechyd Gwladol (Cymru) 2006 a pharagraff 1 o Atodlen 4 iddi(1) ac yn unol â pharagraff 1(7) o Atodlen 4 i'r Ddeddf honno, drwy hyn yn gwneud y Gorchymyn canlynol:
Enwi, Cychwyn a Dehongli
1.—(1) Enw'r Gorchymyn hwn yw Gorchymyn Ymddiriedolaethau Gwasanaeth Iechyd Gwladol (Cyfalaf Cychwynnol) (Cymru) 2009 a daw i rym ar 23 Ebrill 2009.
(2) Yn y Gorchymyn hwn ystyr “yr Atodlen” yw'r Atodlen i'r Gorchymyn hwn.
