Coming into force
The Welsh Ministers in exercise of powers conferred by section 204(1) and paragraph 28(1) of Schedule 3 to the National Health Service (Wales) Act 20061 and after completion of the consultation prescribed under paragraph 28(3) of Schedule 3 to that Act2 hereby make the following Order:

Title and Commencement1.

The Title of this Order is the Bro Morgannwg Glamorgan National Health Service Trust (Dissolution) Order 2008 and it comes into force on 1 April 2008.

Dissolution of NHS Trust2.

The Bro Morgannwg National Health Service Trust established by the Bro Morgannwg National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Order 19983 is hereby dissolved, and accordingly that Order and the Bro Morgannwg National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Amendment Order 20004 is hereby revoked.
