The Welsh Ministers in exercise of powers conferred by section 204(1) and paragraph 28(1) of Schedule 3 to the National Health Service (Wales) Act 2006

and after completion of the consultation prescribed under paragraph 28(3) of Schedule 3 to that Act

National Health Service Trusts (Consultation on Establishment and Dissolution) Regulations 1996, S.I. 1996/653, which continue to have effect by virtue of paragraph 1(2) of Schedule 2 to the National Health Service (Consequential Provisions) Act 2006.

 hereby make the following Order:

Title and Commencement1.

The Title of this Order is the Bro Morgannwg Glamorgan National Health Service Trust (Dissolution) Order 2008 and it comes into force on 1 April 2008.

Dissolution of NHS Trust2.

The Bro Morgannwg National Health Service Trust established by the Bro Morgannwg National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Order 1998

S.I. 1996/259.

is hereby dissolved, and accordingly that Order and the Bro Morgannwg National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Amendment Order 2000

S.I . 2000/1076 (W.70).

 is hereby revoked.
