Nature and functions of the trust3.
(1)
The trust is established for the purposes specified in section 18(1) of the Act.
(2)
The trust’s functions are to provide goods and services (including hospital accommodation and community health services) from —
(a)
Bronglais General Hospital, Caradoc Road, Aberystwyth, SY23 1ER,
(b)
Prince Philip Hospital, Bryngwynmawr, Dafen, Llanelli, SA14 8QF,
(c)
West Wales General Hospital, Dolgwili Road, Carmarthen, SA31 2AF,
(d)
Withybush General Hospital, Fishguard Road, Haverfordwest, SA61 2PZ
and associated hospitals and premises.
