At the end of paragraph (3) of regulation 1 of the Education (Assisted Places) (Incidental Expenses) (Amendment) (Wales) Regulations 2006(1), there is inserted “provided that the question is not one referred to in paragraph (3) of regulation 1 of the Education (Assisted Places) (Incidental Expenses) (Amendment) (Wales) Regulations 2008”.
