Amendment of Section 105(3) of the Education Act 20023.
Section 105(3) of the Education Act 2002 is amended as follows —
(a)
in paragraph (a), before “technology” insert “design and”;
(b)
after paragraph (a) insert “(aa) information and communication technology,”;
(c)
in paragraph (e), after “art” insert “and design”.
