— The title of this Order is the Education (National Curriculum) (Attainment Targets and Programmes of Study) (Wales) (Amendment) Order 2008 and it comes into force on 1 August 2008.

This Order applies in relation to Wales.

articles 4(2), 5(2), 6(2), 7(2), 8(2), 9(2), 10(2), 11(2), 12(2), 13(2), 14(2) and 15(3) for “Y darpariaethau” substitute “Mae'r darpariaethau”; and
(b)
articles 4(3), 5(3), 6(3), 7(3), 8(3), 9(3), 10(3), 11(3), 12(3), 13(3), 14(3) and 15(4) for “egluro'r” substitute “dangos y”.
The Education (National Curriculum) (Attainment Targets and Programmes of Study) (Wales) Order 2008 (“the 2008 Order”) gives legal effect to the programmes of study which sets out what pupils should be taught and attainment targets for them in respect of pupils in key stages 2 to 4. This Order amends the 2008 Order so as to correct mistakes in the Welsh language text.
