Enwi, cychwyn a chymhwyso
1.—(1) Enw'r Rheoliadau hyn yw Rheoliadau Deddf Gofal Plant 2006 (Darparu Gwybodaeth) (Cymru) (Diwygio) 2008 a deuant i rym ar 31 Gorffennaf 2008.
(2) Mae'r Rheoliadau hyn yn gymwys o ran Cymru.
Diwygiadau i Reoliadau Deddf Gofal Plant 2006 (Darparu Gwybodaeth) (Cymru) 2008.
2.—(1) Mae Rheoliadau Deddf Gofal Plant 2006 (Darparu Gwybodaeth) (Cymru) 2008 (3) yn cael eu diwygio fel a ganlyn:—
(2) Yn rheoliad 4(1)(f) yn y testun Cymraeg yn unig yn lle “Gynulliad Cenedlaethol Cymru” rhodder “Weinidogion Cymru”.
(3) Yn rheoliad 4(1)( h) yn y testun Saesneg yn unig yn lle “National Assembly for Wales” rhodder “Welsh Ministers”.
(4) Yn rheoliad 6, yn y testun Cymraeg yn unig, yn lle'r ymadrodd “awdurdodau lleol”, rhodder yr ymadrodd “awdurdod lleol”.
(5) Yn rheoliad 7, yn y testun Cymraeg yn unig, rhwng “gwybodaeth” ac “yn” mewnosoder “ar unrhyw wasanaethau neu gyfleusterau eraill neu unrhyw gyhoeddiadau”.
(6) Yn rheoliad 9, yn y testun Cymraeg yn unig, yn lle “adnoddau”, rhodder “ffynonellau”.
