Commencement3.
The following provisions of the Act come into force on 1 April 2008:—
(a)
Section 103(1) to the extent that it relates to the provisions of paragraph 28 of Schedule 2 specified in Article 3(b) below;
(b)
Paragraph 28 of Schedule 2.
