Gwaharddiadau mewn perthynas â phathogenau anifeiliaid penodedig
4.—(1) Ni chaiff neb feddu ar—
(a)unrhyw bathogen anifail a bennir yn Rhan 1 o Atodlen 1; neu
(b)unrhyw gludydd y gwyr fod y cyfryw bathogen ynddo,
ac eithrio o dan awdurdod trwydded a ddyroddwyd gan Weinidogion Cymru.
(2) Ni chaiff neb gyflwyno unrhyw bathogen anifail a bennir yn naill ai Rhan 1 neu Ran 2 o'r Atodlen honno i unrhyw anifail yn fwriadol, ac eithrio o dan awdurdod trwydded a ddyroddwyd gan Weinidogion Cymru.
(3) Rhaid i berson hysbysu Gweinidogion Cymru ar unwaith os yw'r person hwnnw—
(a)yn meddu ar unrhyw beth yn ei gylch y mae ganddo sail resymol dros amau bod pathogen anifail a bennir yn Rhan 1 o Atodlen 1 yn bresennol, a
(b)heb drwydded ar gyfer y pathogen hwnnw.
