Cyfyngiadau mewn parthau diogelu a pharthau goruchwyliaeth

13.—(1) Os bydd y Prif Swyddog Milfeddygol yn cadarnhau bod feirws y tafod glas yn cylchredeg yng Nghymru—

(a)rhaid i Weinidogion Cymru ddatgan bod ardal briodol yn barth dan gyfyngiadau;

(b)caiff Gweinidogion Cymru, oddi mewn i barth dan gyfyngiadau, ddatgan bod unrhyw ardal o amgylch mangre heintiedig yn barth gwarchod, a bod unrhyw ardal sydd y tu hwnt i'r parth gwarchod hwnnw'n barth gwyliadwriaeth.

(2) Ni chaiff neb symud anifail, semen, ofwm nac embryo allan o barth dan gyfyngiadau ac eithrio o dan awdurdod trwydded a roddwyd gan arolygydd.

(3) Ni chaiff neb symud unrhyw anifail allan o barth gwarchod ac eithrio o dan awdurdod trwydded a roddwyd gan arolygydd.

(4) Rhaid i arolygydd roi trwydded os yw'r symudiad yn un a ganiateir o dan Reoliad y Comisiwn (EC) Rhif 1266/2007 fel y'i diwygir o dro i dro, a rhaid i amodau unrhyw drwydded fod yn rhai sy'n sicrhau bod y symudiad yn cael ei wneud yn unol â'r Rheoliad hwnnw.

(5) Gwaherddir person rhag symud anifail oddi mewn i barth dan gyfyngiadau os bydd yr anifail yn amlygu arwyddion clinigol o'r tafod glas ar y diwrnod cludo.
