Appointed Day 2 2 April 2007 is the appointed day for the coming into force of section 13 of the Children and Adoption Act 2006 so far as it relates to adoptions and prospective adoptions in respect of which the National Assembly for Wales may charge a fee under section 91A Adoption and Children Act 2002.
