Mae Cynulliad Cenedlaethol Cymru, drwy arfer y pwerau a roddwyd gan adran 2(1) o Ddeddf Cyflogau Amaethyddol 1948(1), yn gwneud y Gorchymyn a ganlyn:
Enwi, cychwyn, cymhwyso a dehongli
1. Enw'r Gorchymyn hwn yw Gorchymyn y Pwyllgor Cyflogau Amaethyddol (Cymru) 2007, daw i rym ar 1 Mawrth 2007 ac mae'n gymwys o ran Cymru.
Diwygio Gorchymyn Pwyllgorau Cyflogau Amaethyddol (Ardaloedd) 1974
2. Mae Gorchymyn Pwyllgorau Cyflogau Amaethyddol (Ardaloedd) 1974(2) wedi'i ddiwygio fel a ganlyn:
(a)yn Erthygl 3(1) yn lle'r gair “Wales” rhodder y geiriau “an agricultural wages committee for the combination of all the counties in Wales”;
(b)yn Rhan I o'r Atodlen, dileer y geiriau “Counties in Wales Clwyd Dyfed Gwent Gwynedd Powys”; ac
(c)yn Rhan II o'r Atodlen, dileer y geiriau “Counties in Wales Mid Glamorgan, South Glamorgan and West Glamorgan”.

Mae'r Gorchymyn hwn yn sefydlu un pwyllgor cyflogau amaethyddol ar gyfer cyfuniad o'r holl siroedd yng Nghymru drwy wneud y diwygiadau angenrheidiol i Orchymyn Pwyllgorau Cyflogau Amaethyddol (Ardaloedd) 1974.
