Title and Interpretation

1.—1) The title of this Order is the Traffic Management Act 2004 (Commencement No. 2 and Transitional Provisions) (Wales) Order 2007.

(1) In this Order —

“the 1991 Act” means the New Roads and Street Works Act 1991(1); and

“the 2004 Act” means the Traffic Management Act 2004.
